               Am Mittag des 19. Juni 2013 wurde um 12:08 Uhr auf golem.de der Artikel „Downloadfunktion für Streaming in Deutschland verboten“ veröffentlicht, der um 13:35 Uhr noch um einen Nachtrag ergänzt worden ist. Die Nachricht wurde darauf hin, leicht abgeändert, von einigen weiteren Portalen übernommen. Dieser Artikel gibt die Reich- und Tragweite der einstweiligen Verfügung des LG Hamburg vom 25. April 2013 (Az.: 310 O 144/13) aber nur teilweise zutreffend wieder. Gerne stellen wir noch einmal unsere Sicht auf die Sach- und Rechtslage dar:

POP Peeper

Description

 POP Peeper is an email notifier that runs in your Windows task bar and alerts you when you have new email on your POP3, IMAP (with IDLE support), Hotmail/Outlook.com, Yahoo, GMail, MyWay, Excite, iWon, Lycos, RediffMail, Juno and NetZero accounts.
